Araba provides wheelchair transportation and assistance services specifically designed for pilgrims visiting the Holy Mosques in Mecca and Medina during Hajj, Umrah, and other religious visits.

User Responsibilities
Customer Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate personal and contact information
- Maintain respectful behavior towards service providers and other pilgrims
- Be present at the designated pickup location on time
- Complete payment obligations according to the agreed rates
- Follow safety instructions provided by service providers
Service Provider Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and courteous wheelchair assistance
- Adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards
- Arrive punctually at designated locations
- Ensure wheelchair equipment is clean and properly maintained
- Treat all customers with respect and dignity
Booking and Payment
- Services should be booked in advance when possible
- Accepted payment methods include digital payments via Tap Payment
- Pricing is based on service type, duration, and location
- Digital receipts will be provided for all transactions
- Refunds are available according to our cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel bookings up to 15 minutes before service start
- Service providers may cancel due to emergency or safety concerns
- Emergency cancellations are handled case-by-case
- Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute cancellations
Safety and Liability
