  3. The app provides a wheelchair management system for institutions or entities that provide mobility services to individuals who need this service in Saudi Arabia. The app does not bear responsibility for providing services outside this scope. The services provided include:
    • Booking and requesting wheelchairs.
    • Tracking wheelchair status and availability.
  4. The user is responsible for:
    • Information provided by them and guarantees its correctness and accuracy.
    • Maintaining confidentiality of account data and using the app legally and safely.
    • Following up on the status of booked wheelchairs and ensuring their use according to policies set by the responsible institution or entity.
  5. The user grants the app permissions to use documents or accompanying information during booking and registration in the app, used to complete the booking process.
  6. The app collects geographic location data to provide location-based services, such as improving user experience or displaying customized content based on your location. This data is collected only while you are using the app and is not shared with any third party without your prior consent, unless required by law. You can disable location permission from device settings at any time, which may affect some app functions.
  7. In all cases, the user undertakes to deal with services provided by the app for legitimate purposes and to comply with all applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  8. All content and software available through the app, including texts, images, trademarks, symbols, and logos, are the exclusive property of the Araba app. Users may not use any of these materials without explicit permission.
  9. In case the user engages in any behavior contrary to policies or terms of use, the Araba app has the right to completely ban the user from using the app.
  10. The Araba app provides no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation of the app, and the app is not responsible for any damages resulting from app use, service interruption, or delays in service delivery.
  11. User personal data is subject to the privacy policy and we are committed to protecting the privacy of app users and ensuring data security according to best practices.
